We are now looking for a creative and motivated individual to join us as we scale our business across the Asia region. Understanding of a specific South-East Asia country’s entertainment landscape is a bonus. You will play a central role to support, craft and implement digital marketing and social media activations.

As this can be a hybrid or remote position depending on the home location of the individual, we welcome foreign applicants in South East Asia countries.

**Role Overview**:
Digital & Content Marketing:

- Implement and optimise digital marketing strategies for music releases and artist promotions.
- Set-up, manage and monitor campaigns on digital platforms as required.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Create compelling content aligned to each project objectives
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, content creations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and community management across various platforms.

Website Administration:

- Work with Website Developer to ensure the website is well-maintain and updated

Qualifications:

- Understanding of the ecosystem of digital marketing, ability to set-up and utilise different tools and engines to achieve growth
- Clear communication, verbal and written in English
- Ability to create clear and attractive presentations, proposals and pitches.
- Demonstrate understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics with strong analytical skill.
- Hands-on experience with the management, execution and optimization of campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Hubspot or Mailchimp, Google ads.
- Familiar with website maintenance using Wordpress
- Some knowledge of web coding and content management (CMS) is a strong bonus
