**Office Hours**

Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.

The client practices flexi-hours, which entitles you to start earlier or later or take more or longer breaks. Under normal circumstances, you are allowed to work 100% from home. Occasionally, you may be required to go to the office for meetings or conduct training if you are deemed to be consistently performing poorly.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of assurance clients.
- Developing new client relationships to ensure business growth.
- Responsible for audit engagements and ensuring quality complies with professional standards and requirements, delivery, and budget, including billings and payment collection control.
- Possesses and conformance with up-to-date technical knowledge of auditing, IT, and accounting.
- Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.
- Actively impart technical skills to team members through on-the-job training (OJT), constantly check on the team's performance and try to resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.
- Ensure that auditing functions are completed in a professional manner and on the given time.
- Collaborate and communicate with the respective partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for any legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during an audit engagement.
- Conduct internal training for assurance and other departments on SSA, SSQM and FRS when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Must possess a Practice Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority).**:

- Must hold the Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and be a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
- Proven track record in auditing Singapore-incorporated companies, demonstrating deep knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.The ability to sign an audit report is required for this position.
