**Role Description**

The Customer Service Coordinator reports to the Founder and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.

Our Company believes in natural healing and offering quality goods and customised services to customers. Therefore, we are committed to empowering front line employees to be equipped with product and service knowledge as well as direct access to our health and wellness coach for appropriate response to customers' health problems.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Personalized interactions to let customers feel that our company cares for their health problems. Develop empathy, patience and good communication skills.
- Handle questions regarding products and pricing.
- Support and help serve customers to various treatment stations.
- Ensure sufficient supplies for selling stocks and products for salon use.
- Competent in handling POS transactions and credit card terminal use.
- Knowledge of managing customers’ appointment booking for best assignment of resources (rooms/therapists).

**Competencies**
- Good communication skills and manners
- Product and service knowledge
- Assist inventory control and perform checks on daily stock balance
- POS handling and invoicing
- Resource management for booking of appointments
