**Responsibilities**
- Oversee day to day outlet operations
- Achieve the outlet's KPI
- Ensure the adherence of outlet’s standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
- Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
- Maintain the company’s image from staff to cleanliness of premise
- Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance
- Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers
- Respond and handle customer complaints
- Lead, train and guide team to provide excellent outlet services
- Set and update service SOP’s
- Contribute ideas and assist our marketing department with A&P

**Requirements**:

- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
- Exceptional leadership skills
- 6 days work week, 8am to 6pm
