**Qualifications**:

- Degree, Master or equivalent in Life Sciences (Life Sciences, etc.). A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline will be advantageous.
- 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience with HPLC, LCMS/MS, LCQTOF (or other high resolution
- MS technologies) platforms in a life science or biopharma lab environment
- Knowledge/Experience of/with Agilent instruments and workflows (especially life science and biopharma related) is advantageous and experience on other platforms and workflows will be useful.
- On a personal level, you are proactive, customer-focused, and self-driven.
- You also have excellent communications & presentation skills to interact with many stakeholders either face-to-face or virtual.
- You are also willing to travel (50%) on a regular basis within the assigned region.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership would be preferable.
- Proficient in written and spoken the English language.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the job.
