Marketing Communications Executive

You will be our brand guardian, the driving force behind elevating M.INTERIOR as an exceptional interior design brand.

We are looking for a responsible and meticulous self-starter to manage and develop the marketing and communications efforts for the company. You will be responsible for spearheading our B2B marketing and communication efforts as well as optimising our digital presence.

**THE ROLE**
- Lead and execute all aspects of branding and marketing efforts, for both online and offline channels
- Develop and executing multi-channel marketing, communications and PR strategies and campaigns
- Create creative assets independently or co-operatively where necessary, for both online and offline marketing efforts
- Consistently report and develop reporting templates, where necessary, and ensure that all documents are proof read, drafted and aligned with the corporate standard and layout before being circulated internally or externally.
- Manage and run social media ads either independently or co-operatively based on best practices (in particular Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Consistently plan and create compelling content to promote brand awareness and leads generation
- Conduct market research and data analysis on trends, competitors, target audience to develop campaigns align with the business goals
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
- Responsible for copywriting and supervision of all external communications to ensure consistent brand voice across all touch points
- Monitor, report and optimise all marketing activities/campaigns
- Identify opportunities around events, conferences, seminars, etc. to maximise B2B and B2C brand exposure

**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related field
- 4+ years in B2B marketing and communications with multi-channel experience across traditional and digital platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe suite of programs, in particular: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proficient in collaborative tools such as Asana, Google Drive, Google Sheets. etc.
- Strong content development skills
- Proactive and results-driven individual who can lead, manage and execute campaigns
- Strong sense of duty and responsibility, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills and cross-functional stakeholder engagement

We are partners with one of the leading builders for landed residences in Singapore - Trace Design + Build, and we have completed over 70 projects including HDB, condo, landed houses and commercial works.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
