**Key Responsibilities**
- Improves the data management and tracking of Apron Division’s financial, operational and people statistics.
- Performs the role of the ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) Division Coordinator.
- Conducts Business Continuity Plan exercises for Apron Division.
- Performs the role of the Dependability & Safety Instrument (DSI) Program Division Coordinator, conducts profiling of staff who are at risk of safety infringements and coaching sessions in order to reduce the number of incidents/ work injuries.
- Oversees Apron Division’s staff engagement initiatives.
- Undertakes any other duties and projects assigned by Vice President (Ramp Services).

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage
- Resilient, resourceful, creative and collaborative traits, and good interpersonal skills are required for this position
- Possess good organizing, problem solving and supervisory skills and abilities
- Possess strong communication skills
- Team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Meticulous in his/her work output
