**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Transactions**
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with customer inquiries about classes.

**Working with Children**
- Enjoys engaging with kids and creating a fun, safe atmosphere.
- Friendly and patient when interacting with families.
- Helps supervise play sessions and ensures a positive experience for everyone.

**Class Attendance & Scheduling**
- Tracks and updates class attendance records.
- Assists in scheduling and coordinating class sessions.
- Communicates with customers regarding class reminders and updates.

**Marketing & Social Media Management**
- Creates and shares engaging content on social media platforms.
- Promotes events, activities, and special promotions.
- Interacts with customers online to build engagement and community.

**Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance**
- Helps decorate and organize the play area for special occasions.
- Keeps the space visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Ensures the play area and store are clean and tidy at all times.

**Store Operations**
- Opens and closes the store following company procedures.
- Follows security protocols when handling store operations.
- Assists with restocking and inventory management.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Someone who enjoys working with kids and families.
- Comfortable working on weekends and flexible hours when needed.
- Proactive and takes initiative in daily tasks.
- Friendly and welcoming to customers.
- Experience in retail is a plus but not required.
- Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Has an eye for visual presentation and aesthetics.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
