User Acquisition Executive

**Duty & Responsibilities**:
- Set up and optimise user acquisition campaigns for your Apps/Web portfolio on the advertising networks (Facebook, Google AdWords, Video network, etc) based on POI/CPA performance indicators.
- Develop A/B tests on your Apps/Web and share insights with the management team.
- Prepare multi-dimensional output daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports to achieve a balance of multiple indicators such as magnitude retention and Return on Ad Spend (ROAs).
- Work with creative, operations and technical teams to process main projects and side projects.
- Monitor project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective.
- Analyse user acquisition modes, skills and methods of competing products on the market, learn, recommend and implement integrated and innovative user acquisition advertising techniques.
- Cooperate with other departments, put forward constructive opinions, and feedback to improve products, and promote better and faster business growth.
- Participate in meetings and provide input on advertising campaign visibility to stakeholders.
- Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to improve sales and grow our gaming community.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in Marketing or related field of studies.
- Minimum 1-year experience in advertising on multi-platform and in Mobile User Acquisition. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with statistical analysis tools including 4, Python, SQL and other programming languages.
- Effective communication including writing, speaking, active listening and presenting.
- Motivated self-starter who can work well both independently and within a team.
