Training Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Create and ensure the training policies and procedures are in compliance with internal and external audit guidelines
- Review and ensure that internal training programmes and materials are relevant and updated
- Work with internal and external partners to design and develop training programmes
- Facilitate in-house training activities including preparation of training materials and assessment
- Set up new store’s training curriculum and activities
- Handle all training administration duties
**Requirements**:
- GCE ‘O’ level
- At least 1 year of training experience required (experience in F&B operations would be an added advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
**Work location/environment**
- Buona Vista
- 5 days per week
