- The Strategy and Steering team is the cockpit of buyer growth in Lazada. We design the strategy for driving the demand in Lazada’s two-sided platform and are critical to the long-term success of Southeast Asia's fast-growing eCommerce industry. We establish performance goals and prioritize resources, from the budget to the Tech and Data roadmap. We steer the allocation of Online Marketing and promotional budget, designing the right measurement frameworks and set up strong processes to govern efficiency. We study our users and deep dive by segment to design the engagement and conversion strategy from offsite to onsite. We work with cross functional teams including CLM operations, Online Marketing operations, Promotion operations, Product, Tech, Data, Finance, Commercial, etc. to ensure we reach our goals. We work collaboratively across six ventures (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam).**Responsibilities**:

- We are hiring an independent, self-starter that will act as an advisor to the senior management team - including CEO, CFO and CMO. You will be responsible for:
- Setting measurable goals across the User Growth function that are linked to the company’s strategic objectives
- Steering resource and budget allocation across external traffic channels and promotion mechanics
- Improving operation effectiveness and efficiency for marketing activities onsite and offsite through standardization and automation
- Leading operational excellence through performance monitoring and analytics and implementation of regional standard operating procedures across countries
- Managing high-impact cross-functional and cross-country projects
- Collaborating with Product, Tech, Data to develop automation and operational tools

**Job Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a quantitative-driven business field such as Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Finance
- Experience with establishing governance and operational standards
- Proven success in project and stakeholder management in a matrix organization
- Independent and self-driven, record of execution to the last mile
- Business acumen in Ecommerce, Online Marketing, and User Growth is a plus
