Singapore NIPRO ASIA PTE LTD Full time

Analysing factory capacity and customer demand of each subsidiary in Asia Pacific to create accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plan.
- Issuing purchase orders and liaise with factories and forwarders on stock replenishment and shipping plan.
- Execute allocation strategies (order to factory or pick from stock) to ensure optimised inventory in each subsidiary.
- Production order prioritisation for selected products.
- Checking subsidiary orders against adherence to forecast and inventory policies.
- Communicating between factories and subsidiaries about pricing changes and upkeep price lists.
- SAP master data management such as set up of price and item code.
- Stock reconciliation exercise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Execute policies and procedures for inventory management and control including damaged goods, dead stock, expired items.
- Drive continuous improvement to inventory health metrices in subsidiaries.
- Manage reporting on inventory data and performance metrics.
- Management of sample inventory and sample orders.
- Management of tender business and its order fulfilment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties which the superior may assign from time to time.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering discipline.
2. Skills required: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially data analytic tools such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, Power Query etc. Proficient in Microsoft Power point, Power BI
3. Experience in ERP system: SAP
4. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory planning.
5 Some experience in logistics is an advantage.
6. Experience in handling large quantity of SKUs.
7. Experience in regional work, especially South East Asia and South Asia.
8. Able to converse in both English and Mandarin (due to need to communicate with China Suppliers).
9. A team player who is resilient and dependable with good communication skills.
