**Overall Job Objectives**:
We are looking for diligent and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Dishwashers within the INITIA Group F&B Brands. He/She will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and smooth running of the back-of-house operations to support excellent food & beverage service for customer satisfaction.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen equipment, and floor at all times.
- Assist with basic cleaning tasks in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen team with tasks such as waste disposal and restocking cleaning supplies.
- Report any malfunctions, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Work efficiently to keep pace with kitchen and service demands.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- No experience required — training will be provided
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle cleaning tasks.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Minimum working days are 1 weekday and 1 weekend each.
- Work Visa will not be provided by the company.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and dishwashing area at all times.
- Ensure dishes and utensils are cleaned and ready promptly to support smooth service.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist the kitchen team by performing duties efficiently and responsibly.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive working attitude.
