This role sits within the consumer banking business as part of the Singapore country marketing team supporting the Retail Marketing scope of work. The individual should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, and will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive retail acquisition and integrated marketing campaigns. **Responsibilities**: - Drive integrated marketing, digital sales and acquisition for Retail customers across emerging affluent and affluent segments - Develop and manage marketing campaigns across paid and owned media to optimize full funnel performance. Understand fall-out points through the conversion funnel and implement solutions to improve acquisition - Leverage data and insights to identify audiences for growth, improve the digital customer journey and implement relevant targeting strategies to drive performance - Analyze the efficacy of marketing campaigns through campaign data, analytics and conversion funnels - Manage external creative and media agencies to develop and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns - Manage affiliate partners and marketing partnerships to drive lead generation and acquisition - Work closely with business stakeholders across segment, product, legal and compliance, finance, channel execution teams and regional marketing counterparts - Manage and maintain the marketing budget to ensure effectiveness in marketing spend, as well as invoice payment, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation and audit report **Knowledge/Experience**: Essential - 6-8 years working experience - Strong digital marketing competence across performance, analytics and measurement - Marketing campaign and agency management experience, with a demonstrated ability to shape media strategy and creative work - Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders across varying levels of seniority - Proven analytical, project and process management skills - Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time - Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, comfortable working with both data and creative - Understanding and interest in Martech/Adtech - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager etc Desirable - Demonstrate an understanding of the retail banking business specifically in the areas of acquisition, as well as the emerging affluent and affluent client segments **Competencies** - Dynamic, adaptable, and self-driven - Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities - Organized, detail oriented with the ability to execute deliverables in a timely manner - Team player - ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams to successfully deliver client needs - Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness - Resourceful - possess the ability to set priorities, find solutions and work well within a team environment **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business - **Job Family Group**: Marketing - **Job Family**: Marketing Generalist - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
