**Resposibilities**:

- Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.
- Work with users, project managers, development and business analyst teams to ensure efficiency of system integration test cycles and propose improvements required if defects are found. This includes the technical support of all testing cycles (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing) for both Technology Change the Bank and Run the Bank projects, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with technology development governance, championing and utilising Quality Assurance procedures.
- Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.
- Creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases and requirement traceability matrix against the requirements for our software platforms.
- Drive execution of manual and automated testing to ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
- Promote knowledge of manual / automation testing and defect tracking tools to help in proper tool selection and set-up.
- Resolve testing problems by modifying testing methods during tests, conferring with management to revise test objectives and standards.
- Maintain testing database by developing defect tracking and regression testing information requirements, designing information system to capture test outcomes.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained as per standards defined by the organization.
- Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
- Report test outcomes by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and displaying data; recommend software changes when required.
- Work in Agile squads closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Product owners.

**Requirements**:

- 4 to 8 years testing experience in web/mobile (Automated testing experience would be great)
- Strong personal aptitudes, reliable, flexible, adaptable and able to propose “out of the box” solutions to stakeholder
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage communication with business and technology stakeholders.
- Good database testing knowledge
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to ongoing process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience / Knowledge on the Agile methodology
