Rider Champion

**Rider Champion (Temporary 1-month Contract, Convertible to Full-Time)**

Are you passionate about the delivery rider community? Do you love meeting people, building connections, and helping fellow riders find the best opportunities? If so, we want YOU to be our first-ever Rider Champion

**This is a 1 month contract-for-service role, where we’ll assess if you’re the right fit for a long-term, full-time opportunity.** If you genuinely care about gig riders and want to make a difference for them, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Recruit Riders** - Bring new delivery riders into the GigaRider Fleet through face-to-face chats, social media, outreach, and day-to-day networking.
- **Expand our Rental/LTO fleet** - Convince riders to join us and take up our bike rental or Lease-to-Own (LTO) scheme.
- **Support Riders** - Keep track of our riders, check in on them regularly, and help those who are struggling.
- **Lead Social Media Engagement** - Post content to attract riders, answer questions, and generate leads online.
- **Champion a Rider-First Culture**- Be the bridge between our team and the riders, ensuring they get the support they need.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Fluent in English & one Mother Tongue** (Malay, Chinese, or Tamil)
- **People-oriented**- You love talking to people and making connections
- Min. **1 year experience in sales prospecting, recruiting**, or **customer service**:

- Comfortable using **social media (IG, FB, Tiktok) Google Suite** and other communication tools
- **Plus point**:Having a class 2B licence or your own bike** and/or having experience with **content creation**:

- **Plus plus point**: You’ve been a delivery rider before

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 10am - 7pm (1-hour break)
- Saturday: 10am - 2pm

**Compensation**:

- $2,300 nett
- Upon successful Full-Time conversion, basic salary + competitive commissions & CPF applicable
