Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Digital Products Owner (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be in New Brunswick, NJ, and will require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.

**Responsibilities**:
- The Digital Products Owner will assume responsibility for enabling the portfolio of global HR functional platforms across the Global Digital HR ecosystem, primarily Workday and WorkHuman among others
- Lead a team to ensure that investments within the HR Digital Solutions area are successful throughout the evaluation, implementation, and steady state
- Partner with HR and IT leaders to shape business requirements for innovative HR enabling technology solutions that will continuously improve the user experience, reduce the cost to serve, and increase efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
- Partner with IT and ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance and data privacy
- Exemplify and foster a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement by maximizing the use of key features, expansion of automation and a focus on self-service
- Collaborate with the HR Global Process Owners, IT, Finance and the HR delivery teams in the enablement and adoption of solutions across the HR domain
- Align functional and technical Workday and product roadmap with business strategy
- Responsible for enabling HR Digital Solutions in support of HR strategies across Global Services and/or Enterprise, with empathy and perspective of employees and people managers across the globe as well as service center and enabling teams
- Ensure consistent delivery of support services and processes effectively, efficiently, and meeting customer experience standards
- Drive continuous improvement solutions supported by employee insights (ie. automation)
- Lead business process continuous improvement efforts across core HR systems and partnering with HR leaders to ensure compliance with Corporate Services and Global Services HR standards
- Portfolio management of business solutions investments ensuring project and steady state costs/resources are available across Corporate and Global Services
- Serve as a role model for high-quality customer service; ensuring that the needs and expectations of all customers are consistently met or exceeded
- Establishes Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where appropriate)
- Assess industry trends on core HR system trends to inform and provide insights for use by HR Corporate Services and Global Services HR
**Qualifications** Requirements**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive relevant experience
- SaaS implementation and Maintenance experience
- People Management experience
- Strong leadership skills; operates as a global leader, adept at understanding and appreciating regional differences
- Effective communication across Tech & HR functions
- Experience managing external vendors, internal relationships, coaching, and collaboration skills, with leaders at all levels and key stakeholders
- Ability to develop HR strategies and solutions in order to execute and ensure the availability of resources and best quality service on a global scale
- Budget management with an understanding of complex organizational factors in development HR solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 10% both domestically and/or internationally
**Preferred Competencies**:
- Concentration in HR Application Management, HR Information Systems, HR Infrastructure, and/or HR Technology Business
- Experience using Workday, Cornerstone, WorkHuman, Taleo, Oracle, and/or SAP
- Project Management Certification
- Experience working in a global environment
