So, when you say hello to us, you are really empowered to say “Hello BIG Possibilities”._ **Be a Part of Something BIG** The Senior Manager, Supplier Risk Management is an integral role in Group Procurement’s Centre of Excellence team and responsible to ensure third party vendors complies with Supplier Code of Conduct, Singtel Responsible Procurement policy principles, Anti-Bribery/Corruption Policy and other supplier risk-related requirements e.g. cybersecurity, data protection and governance, financial stability, workplace safety, etc. **Make an Impact by** - Perform vendor documentation review and analysis - Identify and measure risk associated with vendor risk controls - Coordinate and perform vendor reviews with contract owners, Procurement Sourcing teams and other SME functions’ Supplier Performance management teams - Document and keep track of risks and recommendations of completed supplier assessments - Partner with third party supplier auditor where applicable to carry out timely required supplier audit and act upon timely on risk mitigation and compliance proposals. - Lead Supplier risk management program deliverables including reporting, internal and external awareness/training activities. - Participate in SRM-related continuous improvement projects and cross-functional projects aimed at improving procurement governance and process performance at a group level - lead audit engagements from procurement in relation to supplier management - Oversee Supplier onboarding operations (including vendor master and supplier enablement) **Skills for Success** - Degree in Supply Chain/ Commerce / Business /Computer Science - Minimum 8 years related experience working within a supply chain/ procurement/ finance/ audit/ internal audit /compliance function preferred - Strong understanding of global supplier risk management requirements related to ethical sourcing, risk management, and sustainability. - Experience in change management, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in procurement governance processes. - Knowledge on risk management methodologies and risk mitigation principles - Excellent presentation skills and thorough knowledge and use of PowerPoint - Process improvement: With the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement; and to analyze business processes and develop systems-based solutions that will improve current state - Strategic Change Management Skills and business acumen - Exceptional business communication skills, including negotiations and influencing skills - Proactivity & strategic thinking - Good interpersonal skills, ability to secure trust, respect and credibility - Delivers results: Focuses on the critical objectives that add the most value and channels own and others energy to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize risks, delivering effective solutions. **Rewards that Go Beyond** - Full suite of health and wellness benefits - Ongoing training and development programs - Internal mobility opportunities We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated
