The Restaurant (Cafe) Executive is responsible for the overall success and operation of the Project Acai store they are based at. Primary responsibilities include ensuring that product, customer service and consumer experience is in line with our brand values and goals, and that the store operates in a manner that enables us to reach or exceed our financial and operational goals. It also includes leading and assisting in the training and development and junior and part time team members.

**Role and Job Description**:**Daily Operations**:

- Quick service cafe
- Take orders, cashiering, and attend to customers
- Preparation of acai bowls and smoothies
- Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all required items for daily operations
- Inventory management and stock take
- Cleaning and housekeeping of café premises

**SERVICE**:

- Help train and develop junior and part time team members, assisting management team in regular coaching and feedback to build the knowledge and skills of the junior and part time team members.
- Ensure that SOP is followed and in-store training and guidance is adequate for a smooth and efficient training process for all staff members.
- Continuously seek to improve our quality of service through attention to customer experiences and feedback.
- Analyse customer needs and propose initiatives, policies or changes that will elevate our offerings and overall customer experience.

**OPERATIONS**:

- Support the management team and help drive strong financial performance at the store.
- Be a role model of operational excellence to your peers and juniors, exemplifying and reinforcing standards and behaviours consistent with Project Acai’s culture.
- Understand your location’s sales pattern and data in order to ensure smooth shifts, delegation of duties, and effective allocation of resources.
- Keep track of inventory levels so that timely orders of appropriate quantities of all necessary materials, items, and services can be made.
- Assist in store management and be familiar with the procedure regarding store assets and facilities at all times through complying and ensuring compliance with Project Acai’s policies and procedures for safety, health, security, maintenance, and cash handling.
- Communicate essential information in a clear and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of F&B experience and/or related experience and training.
- Continuous demonstrated ability to lead and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience coaching, training, developing, and motivating others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and delegation skills
- Ability to effectively problem solve, using sound judgment
- This is a full-time role, with variable hours such as mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
