Evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of existing business processes and recommending improvements to them.
- Developing strategic business plans for the organization based on emerging industry trends, new technologies, and other factors that could have an impact on the company’s success in the future
- Reviewing financial reports and other documents to ensure that all accounting records are accurate
- Helping to develop and implement new technologies within the company’s Infrastructure, such as computer systems or mobile devices
- Serving as a liaison between IT departments and other departments within the organization to ensure that all business processes are supported by technology
- Analyzing data from surveys and focus groups to determine customer satisfaction levels with products and services offered by the company
- Reviewing employee performance and providing feedback to help improve productivity
- Identifying new business opportunities for the company and developing plans for capitalizing on them
- Excellent understanding of economic or market issues and the ability to interpret their impact on clients
- Possess strong interpersonal and teaming skills
- Leverage technology to continually learn, improve service delivery and maintain our leading-edge best practices
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, and data analytics skills

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the industry, having worked with firms like asset managers, private banks or wealth managers, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, private equity firms or hedge funds
- Academic background in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
