**Team Summary**

Our mission as the consumer brand marketing team’s is to leverage our brand to accelerate business growth and deliver against key priorities: consumer payments, new payment flows, and value-added services.

Our aim as the creative and content team is to establish Visa as the engine of commerce through creative leadership, brand storytelling, and operationalizing new ways of working to deliver best-in-class creative and campaigns.

**What a Senior Manager - Content & Social does at Visa**:
This position supports the Senior Director, Creative, Campaign and Agency, in delivering content across media platforms, and with setting the strategic and creative direction of our Brand and key business initiatives [eg Ecommerce, Cash Conversion] for Visa AP [B2C] and for Visa’s clients [B2B2C].

Working closely with cross-functional leaders [Insights, Brand] and Client markets in Visa markets across AP, **this role will lead the development and implementation of engaging, effective, insights-driven content across multiple media channels **helping to drive **Visa brand preference** and **create revenue opportunities with clients.**

As one of the few Content SMEs in the AP marketing community, this role is in a unique position to **set the Content agenda** for all of Visa’s marketing and integrated communication programs across the region. Additionally, this role will **lead one of Marketing’s Value Added Services [VAS] - **namely Visa Digital Studio - that delivers **revenue opportunities for Visa, **ultimately leading to higher stickiness and engagement with our clients.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
**What you will need**:

- 10+ years marketing or communications experience, 4 years active social media experience with deep understanding of digital platforms and channel strategies
- Expert in project management - working with multiple stakeholders to deliver revenue yielding projects on brief, on time and on budget.
- Proactive thinking and desire to take risks to test and learn
- Creative flair and a good pulse on social trends
- Demonstrable experience in building and leading content and asset production
- Demonstrable experience in story telling across multiple formats and channels
- International marketing experience preferred
- Strategic and innovative thinker with commercial acumen also capable of strong execution
- ** Education**:Bachelors’ or business/marketing or related field with marketing foundation
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Able to work in matrix organizations and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
- Proactive with a can-do attitude; take ownership of the vision and able to get stuff done
- Effective at negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders

- Agency, Publishing or editorial experience will be a plus

**Projects you will be a part of**:

- You will lead content creation and production for AP, using your experience to develop content which drives brand preference and conversion with both Visa and partner offers with our merchants and clients
- You will be the agency lead for all content production across AP, a critical role in creating marketing assets for the local markets which drive eCommerce, contactless, SMB, and Cross Border
- Agency model evolution and deployment with a social first focus on creative development
- You will lead and have overall responsibility for project delivery of Visa Digital Studio - a Marketing VAS that delivers quality and strategic bespoke design solutions for Visa and our clients
- You will be the team lead in developing content for Visa Athletes in our sponsorship campaigns including The Olympics and the FIFA World Cup
