**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to pioneer our new concept cafe. In this role, you will oversee the café's overall operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. You'll be at the forefront of a unique theme and as a key player in this unique concept, you will help shape and explore this exciting culinary experience while promoting a positive and efficient work environment.

Working Location: Circular Road

Working Hours: 5 Day Work Week, 1030am-9pm (1.5h break included)

Off Days: To be discussed

Staff meal provided

**Key Responsibilities**

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all mains, toppings, and beverages, are well-stocked and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, following health and safety regulations.

**Customer Service**
- Provide warm customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and constructive manner.

**Requirements**:

- Independent & comfortable working alone.
- Able to do simple food prep based on SOP
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possessing basic food hygiene cert is a plus.
- Previous experience in kitchen/F&B environment preferred.
