**Overview**

Raydee to Win is seeking highly skilled and confident coaches to facilitate our youth development programs. These sessions focus on motivation, leadership, and personal growth for secondary school students. We are looking for individuals who can command a room, engage young learners, and create meaningful impact through coaching and facilitation.

This role requires more than enthusiasm, we want coaches who can _connect with teens, handle challenges, and inspire students to step up_. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to bring out the best in youth, this is for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate **engaging and interactive workshops** for secondary school students.
- Deliver content with clarity, confidence, and student-centered focus.
- **Manage group dynamics effectively**, including handling disruptive behavior.
- Foster a **safe, respectful, and inclusive environment**.
- Encourage active participation and adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Provide constructive feedback and reflection after sessions.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for coaches who are:

- **Experienced** in working with youth (schools, camps, enrichment, or coaching).
- **Strong communicators** with top-notch presentation and facilitation skills.
- **Confident leaders** who can command attention in a classroom of teenagers.
- **Adaptable problem-solvers**, able to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
- Passionate about **youth development, motivation, and coaching**.
- Reliable and able to commit to full-day engagements when scheduled.
- Having an **MOE-certified facilitator/coach accreditation is a strong plus**.
- **Energetic university students or fresh graduates** with a strong passion for youth development are also welcome to apply.

Able to attend:

- **1 Zoom briefing session** prior to the program.
- **1 full-day pre-workshop training** before the programme delivery.
