**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Growth Planning**:Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the agency’s client base.
Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and market segments.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers and resolve inquiries or issues.
- **Partnership Development**:Collaborate with training centers, community organizations, and international partners to expand service offerings.
Negotiate agreements to enhance the agency's value proposition.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas of improvement.
Provide insights to refine services and marketing strategies based on market demands.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:Drive sales by promoting the agency’s services to new and existing clients.
Meet revenue targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns targeting employers and helpers.
Represent the agency at events, exhibitions, and job fairs to promote services.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with recruitment, placement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback and input on operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track and report on key performance metrics such as client acquisition rates, revenue growth, and partnership success.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on business development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the maid agency or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
