Site survey and taking all necessary measurement for planning and execution of works.
- Planning of all sites works including hoarding, scaffolding, loading and unloading, setting up hoisting beam & bracket, hoisting of escalators, installation of escalators.
- Coordination and supportive work with technical team for all necessary engineering studies for hoisting plan, MSRA, and submission.
- Planning of manpower, work schedule, daily activities, tools & equipment, logistics, lorry crane, mobile crane.
- Preparation of hoisting plan and method statement of escalators with detailed information of crane, hoisting tools, equipment.
- Conduct toolbox meeting and briefing of daily activities, safety measures and planning.
- Supervision of hoisting & dismantling of old escalators, and installation work of escalator according to pre-determined hoisting plan, method instruction and schedule.
- Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures, and requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments such as technical support, training, and assessments etc

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years of supervisory experience in Escalator Industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work Night Shift.
