**Social Media Content Creator**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging videos for social media platforms including TikTok videos, YouTube shorts, Instagram and Facebook reels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media video content creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the target audience and create video content that resonates with them
- Conceptualise and pitch new video ideas that align with the brand's messaging and goals
- Write video scripts and prepare storyboards
- Shoot and edit videos using the latest video editing software
- Manage video production equipment and ensure that it is always in good condition
- Publish videos on social media platforms and monitor their performance
- Analyse and report on video performance metrics and use the insights to optimise future video content
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Communication team and other stakeholders to ensure that video content aligns with the overall marketing strategy

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent storytelling and video production skills
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or other social media video editing tools
- Experience with camera equipment and lighting techniques
- Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube shorts, Instagram and Facebook reels
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- A portfolio of previous video content creation work that demonstrates creativity, technical ability, and strategic thinking
