**Project Title**

**Test Content and Program bring up on latest AMD microprocessors**

Description of Project / Objectives_**:
**Project Overview**:
Test Content and Test Program bring up on ATE during NPI (new product introduction) phase for testing of customer samples of for AMD’s latest processors

**Description of Main Project Scopes**:

- Test Prog Development: Test Prog flow updates, contents integration, validation, Scripts development
- Data Analysis & Debug: Aid Test Time Reduction, data Analysis, device debug on Tester

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Engineers to Design, develop, implement, validate, characterize & debug Test programs with ownership of some components.
- Assist engineers in interpreting device characterization findings and investigations to root-cause for yield fallouts
- Data Analysis for debug
- Manage logistics including scheduling of lots for lab Testing and inventory management for units in hand

**What the Coop can expect to learn from this project**:

- Understanding of Latest and different types of test methodologies and DFTs on ATE such as Scan, Bist and high-speed IO loopback testing, Test program flow architectures, Diagnostics used on systems level testing (SLT), Yield Debug.**Skills Required / Technical Skills**
- (List specific skills preferred and state if training will be provided)Good understanding of semiconductors and CMOS transistors. Good understanding of programming and scripting languages.**Other Requirements / Soft Skills**
