- Prepare and serve beverages to guests following standard recipes and in a timely manner.
- Manage weekly beverage inventory and bar stock, and initiate requisitions to maintain par levels.
- Promote beverage specials as per established standards and take orders from guests.
- Ensure friendly and attentive service to guests, and follow all billing procedures when presenting the check.

Job Requirements:

- Possess knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing, and all beverages.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player towards colleagues and customers alike.
