**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Business Development**
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new member companies, including start-ups, scale-ups, and established businesses.
- Proactively identify and nurture leads, converting them into long-term clients for LSI’s lab spaces and services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions, corporates, and professional service providers to expand LSI’s network and revenue streams.

**Client Engagement**
- Conduct site tours and consultations for prospective members, showcasing LSI’s facilities and value proposition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, prepare newsletters, and enhance online and offline visibility.

**Market Expansion**
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Drive LSI’s expansion into new markets, including collaborations with international partners.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in life sciences, biotech, or related industries.
- Strong network within the life sciences or co-working/laboratory spaces is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
