1. To plan and execution of monthly marketing campaign, communications activities to enhance brand awareness to increase sales conversion through online chat tools.

2. To conduct quality online/offline training company marketing business model and commission structure for new member recruitment.

3. To conduct live video host, product video marketing, video shooting and editing.

4. To prepare new product and event promotion copywriting.

5. To make good use of different marketing methods, especially event marketing to promote and publicize brands and products.

6. To consistently handle the rhythm of promotion activity and regularly promote and publicize the hot selling products of the day by using social chat tools.

7. To analyze and summarize sales data of different sales team.

8. To attend and analyze different sales team feedback and needs to respond in timely manner

9. To enhance and increase engagement and interaction among the sales team members by using social chat tool.

10. Attend to customer general queries related to commission calculation and promotions.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Experience in customer service.

4. Digital savvy with knowledge of E-Commerce business models, operations, technology.

6. Willing to work over-time if required.

7. Language Proficiency: Fluent speaking and writing in English & Mandarin.

8. Fresh graduate encourage to apply.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
