An inquiry-driven school, Middleton offers a unique blend of the UK National curricula with Singapore-inspired Maths and Chinese in the primary years through the UK-based IPC (International Primary Curriculum). In the middle years, it offers the IMYC (International Middle Years Curriculum) and the Cambridge IGCSE in the secondary years. Students then move on to taking the UK A-Levels in Grade 11 and 12. Students are also offered integrated specialist programmes, including performing arts, PE and ICT, and co-curricular learning to cater to various interests and talents. MIS is also a leader amongst international schools in offering a well-being programme in collaboration with the contentment foundation in the US.

**What are we looking for**:

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- 5 years of leadership experience in an International School.
- 8 to 10 years of teaching experience in an International School working with preschool and primary children.
- Training and experience in** International Primary Curriculum (IPC).**:

- Experience in inquiry-based curriculum is preferred.
- A leader who regards the child as the first and singularly most important consideration.
- A resilient leader with the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- A self-starter who is able to think on your feet and work under pressure.
- A people leader with the charisma to motivate and inspire your team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- International experience, especially in Asia, is highly valued.
