Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve profitability across various sales channels, including DTC, wholesale, and retail.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners across different sales channels, including distributors, retailers, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage and motivate a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and business objectives across all sales channels.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee product development and quality control to ensure that the products and services meet or exceed customer expectations across all sales channels.
- Plan and execute merchandise strategies across all sales channels, ensuring that the products are priced competitively and aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- Manage financial budgets and ensure that the company is operating within established financial guidelines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
