That’s why we need a **Data Analyst** superstar to join our team and deliver our product to learners at scale.

**Requirements**:
At Cadmus, we’re doing a lot of great work rapidly to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a **Data Analyst** who is passionate about bringing together and making sense of our learning data to join our product team.

Reporting to the Product Lead, our **Data Analyst** will:

- Identify, collect and analyse market data to support research, product and marketing initiatives
- Collect and analyse product data, creating insights to better inform product, engineering and design teams
- Interpret internal support data, delivering timely information to our internal support function and users
- Co-develop dashboards to support internal and external customer dashboards and reporting
- Manage our CRMs and databases, ensuring information is always accurate and up-to-date
- Analyse platform usage data to provide insights to sales and customer success teams

**Professional Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Big Data, Information Technology or equivalent from a top University
- 3+ years experience working in the field of Technology or Education-Technology at a leading global technology provider
- Solid knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL and experience using Python/R/etc to perform ETL via API
- Experience working with BI tools, like Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight or similar
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data structures and design patterns, and an ability to use them practically when implementing solutions
- Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly

**Hiring Process**

Our interview process consists of a recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager interview, a homework task and a panel interview. These will be completed online (via Zoom).
