Job Description:
**Title : Trainer**

**Location : Islandwide**

**Working Hours : 44 hours / week**

**Salary Range : Up to S$4,200 Per month 
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and auditing tools
- Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for internal staff.
- Identify, select, or develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids or modules.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and location including cost/benefit analyses.
- Research, analyze, and recommend external training programs.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
- Conduct auditing of work and present findings and recommendation for areas of improvement to management.
- Under mínimal supervision responsible for training projects and events

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality from a recognized hospitality/tertiary institution
- 5 years and above of proven work experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar role in F&B, preferably in a fast-food environment
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant POS and payroll system
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Valuable experience in quality control systems, training or similar
- Ability to transmit ideas and vision in both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and multitask environment
- Positive work attitude and a high level of energy
- Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
