**Airport Pharmacy at Changi Airport Terminal 4 has an exciting opportunity for a Office Administrator to join our team.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- In charge of the day-to-day pharmacy administrative functions.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the pharmacy sales team, overseeing their activities and ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage daily HR administrative and operational tasks relating to employee relations, submission of airport pass requests, employee leave and sickness records etc.
- Oversee and manage all office/pharmacy supplies and resources to ensure smooth running of pharmacy operations including office/pharmacy supplies procurement, timely office/store maintenance and repairs of office/pharmacy equipment.
- Manage employee attendance and vacation systems.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners and government agencies etc.
- Monitor and manage all supplier invoices and other relevant documents to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system and ensuring documents are accurately and properly organized and easily accessible.
- Perform and create all reports requested from different aspects of business.
- Work with Head of Operations to assist in day-to-day operations of the company, taking on delegated responsibilities as required.
- Any other tasks or projects assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple takes and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing problems and challenges.
- Proficient in using MS Office software, particularly in Excel.
