We are looking for a highly motivated Data Support Analyst to work within our Global Market Data IT Solutions team.
Market Data is the fuel for decision making, automated trading and fundamental analysis within the Energy Trading industry. Within your role as a Data Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Market Data related IT solutions which will provide direct benefit to our business users. You will interact closely with different business areas and become a key contact for all Market Data related support queries.

**Your future plans**
- You will provide first level support to different front office desks (Asia Pacific and in global shift) and become a key contact for users’ Market Data related support.
- You will collaborate closely with the 2nd level of support and ensure clear communication to users.
- You will use your development skills to set up new data imports or repair existing imports.
- You have the chance to continuously improve the maintainability of our solutions by streamlining and automating processes, using state of the art technology

**Your powerful skills**
- Knowledge in C#,.Net Core, Angular
- Willingness to do first level Data support
- Understand database structures and knowledge of database languages (e.g. MS SQL)
- Excellent communication skills, shows customer orientation and patience
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Highly motivated self-starter, independent and reliable team player
- What we value most is passion, willingness to learn and a determined and resilient work ethic. So, if you can’t display all of the skills above then we would still like to hear from you

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Basic level of understanding data that is in either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean language would be helpful
- Knowledge in DevOps software development practices and Azure DevOps would be an advantage
