- Be the catalyst for change Spot opportunities to make HR processes smarter and more efficient
- Get creative with UiPath, Excel automation, and AI solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks
- Design and build automation solutions that combine RPA and AI to make work life better for everyone
- Explore and implement AI agents to enhance HR service delivery
- Lead exciting transformation projects from idea to implementation
- Work closely with HR teams to understand their challenges and create innovative solutions
- Partner with IT teams to bring your automation and AI ideas to life
- Share your technical knowledge and help others embrace new ways of working
Your Tech Stack:
- UiPath development skills
- Excel automation wizardry (macros and VBA)
- Experience with process automation tools
- Understanding of AI capabilities and implementation
- Basic coding knowledge is a plus
What You Bring:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, process improvement, or automation- Degree in any field - we value capability over paper qualifications- A knack for spotting problems and creating practical solutions
- Experience in implementing AI solutions is beneficial
- Project management experience is beneficial
