Mechanical and electrical services
- Implement and carry out M&E works onsite
- Ensure that corrective electrical works andactions are implemented as recommendedand followed up
- Supervise junior workforce or labour asnecessary on electrical related works

Documentation of electrical records
- Maintain proper documentation ofelectrical maintenance records in order toassist in evaluation/review ofprocedures/manuals or investigateaccidents/incidents
- Ensure all data are up-to-date when due
- Ensure all records are kept properlyincluding inspection files

HSE and risk management
- Implement and enforce safe workingprograms in order to ensure that statutoryand company electrical safetyrequirements are adhered to
- Carry out workspace inspections on time
- Be a role model to promote workplacesafety by keeping a clean, neat and tidyworkplace at all times
- Assist investigations in accidents/incidentsrelated to electrical installation/equipmentin order to discover the root cause andprevent re-occurrence
- Ensure that corrective action arerecommended and in place and to followup as required
- To ensure all works are carried out in linewith LCAL health and safety standards inorder to provide high quality works in asafe and efficient manner
- Comply with LCAL safety programme
- Undertake identification and notification ofsafety risks within the workplace
- Responsible for site safety and to ensurethat the site is clean and tidy at all times
- Attend weekly toolbox meetings
- Attend inspection related to M&E works,follow up and comment as necessary andkeep record of inspections done

**Requirements**:

- Licensed Electrical trade qualificationrecognized by Singapore EMA
- Preferably with grade 8 and above
- More than 3 years post-qualified electricalexperience
- Preferably with PUB experience
