Events & Operations Associate (Fundraising)

**Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will support the fundraising team in the following duties**:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in administrative duties relating to various events
- Source for quotations and liaise with suppliers and vendors related to the event
- Conceptualise and prepare marketing materials for the event
- Source and liaise with new partners and donors for the event
- Work with volunteers to ensure the respective events run smoothly
- Work and liaise with organising committees to ensure smooth event execution
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Liaise with donors/participants on donations, event etc.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in marketing or events management
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

**Competencies**:

- Marketing skills and knowledge of platforms and tools for effective marketing
- Good understanding of the Personal Data Protection Act
- Good understanding of the Fundraising Regulations
- Design Skills

**Attributes**:

- Organised and detailed
- Able to operate in team and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion are of the highest priority

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels
- Able to research, innovate and seek out new ways for fundraising
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of current programmes
