The Logistics & Seller Platform team is a group of product managers, strategists, business development executives, designers, engineers, focused on powering online commerce for merchants of all possible sizes (social sellers to SMEs), across a wide range of archetypes, primarily conversational commerce and direct-to-consumer. This will be powered by a suite of modularized services which may include delivery, store-front, payment, lead generation or any possible combination of these. By doing so, we can provide fit-for-purpose solutions to sellers and merchants with their own specific needs.
At Grab, we have built our platform in an extensible manner, such that we can now provide modularised services at the right cost, which is affordable to our target merchant partners. **Get to know the Role**
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the thinking process and end to end development of modularised services and their price vs. SLA expectations for end merchant partners. You will work closely with not only Grabbers in your own Deliveries TF, but also with platform TFs like Mex, Ads. The role will entail clearly defining the CVP for merchant partners and consumers so they find value in adopting the modularised service and are willing to pay for it.
**The day-to-day activities**:
- Define and drive the product strategy for breaking overall Grab CVP in a modularised set of services which can be individually adopted by consumers and merchants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify levers to develop the CVP and build products to deliver the CVP
- Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-impact projects
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work is well-understood and well-supported.
**The must-haves**:
- 7+ years in product management, preferably at a tech company.
- At least 3 years of experience in building B2C products. Experience in eCommerce, social commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) commerce is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and on budget.
