We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will predominantly be responsible for customer billing and invoicing as the main point of contact. You will play a key role in analysing billing and operational data, optimising billing processes and implementing new billing systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing Management**:

- Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner.
- Manage billing cycles, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Handle billing inquiries from internal departments and external customers.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and implement solutions to identified issues.

**Data Analysis, Reporting, Management**:

- Utilize Excel and database tools to manage, analyze, and visualize billing and financial datasets.
- Generate and maintain financial reports, including accounts receivable and aging reports.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify billing inconsistencies.

**Process Optimization**:

- Improve billing processes and systems for streamlined workflow and integration with financial systems (e.g., ERP).
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT for automation solutions.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of billing procedures and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.Support audits by providing accurate billing records and reports.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, complex formulas, PivotTables).
- Strong experience with database tools (SQL, MS Access, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and billing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and financial records.
