**A Snapshot**:
As the Head of ICT Engineering reporting directly to the CIO, you will partner closely with the Director of Cybersecurity, Head of ICT Operations and Director of ICT DC Optimisation and will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of ICT for AirTrunk. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT engineering, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

You will be making your mark in a number of ways:

- You will oversee the design, implementation of our IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure they align with the company's business objectives.
- You will develop and implement IT strategies, manage IT projects, lead a team of skilled engineers, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.
- You will play a key role in shaping our technological vision and roadmap, aligning it with the company's objectives and growth plans.

Your passion for technology, innovation and learning combined with an engineering mindset and love of getting your hands dirty will contribute to transforming how we run our business and deliver hyperscale data centres.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and architectures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the IT team, fostering innovation and driving excellence in technology solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT engineers and professionals.
- Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption to enhance efficiency, security, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT security and data privacy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong technical expertise in data & analytics technologies, including Azure Fabric, data factory, Power BI, & dbt labs
- Strong technical expertise in data & analyticsAzure cloud, devops tools, networks, hyper-converged infrastructure, & ERP
- Experience in managing IT projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
