Manager, Product Content

We are looking for a passionate and professional Manager, Product Content to join our Product Planning & Development team.

**What You'll Do**
- You will need to handle the day-to-day management of horse racing product non digital and digital contents, sourcing informative and engagement content including managing the end to end process of content publishing and proof reading
- You will need to develop and manage the capability of timely automation update of product digital contents
- You will need to conceptualise and manage the digital content ideas for our products and manage the digital content using range of omni-channels techniques and formats
- You will need to establish dashboard of metrics and analytics to determine content performance and identify gaps requiring corrective solutions and to handle the follow up actions
- You will foster strong and close relationships with overseas partners and service vendors and work with internal stakeholders to identify resources and develop the means to provide timely, accurate and engaging horse racing contents to customers
- You will stay informed and identify product content trends and bring in ideas to conceptualise and build product content roadmaps to improve product content functionality, user experience and engagement, content quality and publishing process
- You will handle the acquisition of new and relevant content for horse racing products to draw customers from illegal operators to generate gross revenue
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor, analyse and report on the on the performance of the product content using tools like google analytics and usin the data for future planning
- You will negotiate, execute and manage product content contractual agreements to deliver appropriate content in timely fashion
- You will foster strong relationships with exisiting and new vendors to ensure contract deliveries are on track and manage service performance with the aim of zero/ mínimal disruptions
- You will participate in the planning, review and implementation of company's strategies and polices, with the primary focus on content management

**Who You Are**
- You should at least have a Degree from a recognised university
- You will need at least 10 years of working experience and 5 years in managerial/ leadership position
- You should have experience in content management
- You should have good interpersonal and negotiation mindset and skills
- You should have interest in understanding the market and industry trends with strong analytical skills
- You should have project management and writing skills
- You should have experience in conceptualising and managing content websites and digital solutions systems project. Knowledge of Wordpress, Adobe, Google Analytics or SQL is an added bonus
- You should have knowledge of IT and IT trends
- You should be a good team player with a positive attitude
