We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Operator to join our aquaculture team. The Farm Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining farm equipment, managing harvesting fishes activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of the farm.

*Responsibilities:*
- Operate and maintain a variety of farm equipment, including forklift, containers, etc. As well as to perform tasks such as feeding, washing of tanks, spraying, and harvesting fishes.
- Responsible for breeding, harvesting and maintain the breeding at quarantine areas and breeding ponds for wholesale and retail purposes
- Manage the fish farm operations with high hygiene standards, to prevent disease of the breeding at quarantine areas and ponds
- Field Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating farm equipment and handling chemicals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize safety risks.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of farm supplies. Order supplies as needed and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with farm managers and other team members to plan and execute daily tasks and long-term farming strategies. Communicate effectively to ensure efficient coordination of farm activities.

Qualifications:

- Having the knowledge of fish farming will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
