Senior Executive, Undergraduate Career Services

NBS Career Services Office (CSO) manages and works with multiple stakeholders: 4200 students (including student groups), 400+ employer partners and faculty. This incumbent will be responsible for the following:
**Responsibilities**:
- Update, maintain database and account management for Career Services Office- Coordinate annual renewal of Coaching agreements for submission- Liaise/Co-ordinate coaching sessions/connect student and coach (up to 100 per year)- Follow up with coaches and students on feedback- Support coordination and logístical requirements of events- Handle broadcasting of team’s EDMs to students, including simple EDM edits-
- Provide logístical and administrative support for event and sessions- Follow up and consolidate feedbacks for event and sessions- Provide administrative support for Work Study Degree
**Requirements**:
- Possess mínimally Diploma in any discipline, with 3 years of work experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)- Familiar with CRM system use- Familiarity with CRM and IT system use is preferred- Prior experience in the higher education market is a plus- Good communication skills- Meticulous and resourceful- Able to multi-task & use initiative
