**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Specialist/Teacher at Durian Academy located in Pasir Ris. The role entails lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training as the day-to-day tasks.

To excel in this position, you will need to:

- Plan and develop teaching materials
- Conduct lessons in accordance with Centre curriculum
- Plan and deliver Chinese language lessons and composition accordance with the company's and syllabus' guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Conduct fun and engaging Chinese enrichment classes
- Have an accurate pronunciation for spoken Mandarin
- Track student progress and prepare reports
- Assist in centre events and activities
- Communicate effectively with parents by providing updates on students

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Chinese language teaching, Chinese Studies or related field
- At least 3 years of teaching Chinese language experience
- Fluent in Chinese language- Able to complete full duration of one year employment contract.- Able to commit on one Saturday/Sunday.- Willing to learn and possess good working attitude.- Dedicated and passionate with children.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Able to work independently and a team player.
