Job Description: This is a full-time position
- The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of project.
- The Project Engineer shall adhere to company, industry, and regulatory guidelines to ensure the successful project delivery as defined by the company.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Ensures project, and other specified products and services, are produced and delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and specifications
- Responsible for on time delivery of project within budget
- Ensures the quality of deliverables are met
- Adhering to approved company processes
- Continually seek to identify & minimize areas of risk and/or waste
- Understanding of Class and Flag requirements
- Creating material request based on budget, design, and specifications
- Oversee all project deliverables including documentation and training
- Ensure OHS&E policies & guidelines are adhered to

**Interpersonal Management**:

- Communication with client, suppliers, and inter-department to ensure the success of the project
- Communications with all levels of the organization
- Develop and maintain key external relationships with partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and organizations

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, or similar disciplines
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Min 5 years of project engineering experience
- Understanding of ship systems and able to interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge in use of MS Office, Autocad
- Passion for quality work and desire for improvement
- Independent, Objective-driven, Reliable, and Motivated
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Demonstration of sensitivity to culturally diverse environments
- Ability to devise and implement innovative work practices aimed at improving productivity
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on achieving results
