- Department: Finance/Legal- Location: Singapore- Team and Role Introduction:
- Cooperate with business team to set target and drive monthly performance vs. plan
- Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics which relates to Lazada Platform
- Take Lead on Finance side for total Business case or ROI analysis of new business initiatives and strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, not limited to traffic efficiency and logistic efficiency, propose solutions, drive implementation;
- Take lead on finance side to advice local business team/Regional team on UAT or pilot new projects by working on with Finance functions (Tax, Accounting and Treasury) related to your partnering department(s) and other commercial models, including business assessment analysis, performance targets evaluation and spend efficiency assessment;
- End to end partnering with Business team in to ensure ROI at target, and to ensure dynamic resource allocation and spending efficiency to deliver platform target
- Lead Monthly performance review with biz team to discuss and define action manage P&L
- Closely work with business team to provide support for decision making and to influence business performance, efficiency and alignment on Finance related to your partnering department(s)
- Design & roll out performance dashboard & provide ROI analysis to support for new biz initiatives
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts, actual and highlight insight & clear action to business team
- Closely work with Finance partners to control the bad debt, finance leakage and define action to follow up with relevant

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Strong leadership capability and ability to handle senior business stakeholders
- Sharp business acumen coupled with solid analytical power and communication skills
- Working under ambiguity
- Hands-on, down to earth approach to business topics and financial challenges/questions
- Result-oriented
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience in FP&A and finance business partnering role
- Good track record in team leadership
- Relevant background in FMCG/consumer businesses is preferred
