**About the team**:
Our Projects & Strategy (Founder's Office) team is critical to Doctor Anywhere's success. Our department is in charge of driving significant strategic projects and product launches at Doctor Anywhere, as the name implies. Our first and most important value is innovation. We collaborate with stakeholders to improve our users' healthcare experience by implementing cutting-edge technology and healthcare trends.

**The role we are hiring for**

We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Projects & Strategy **who will be play a critical role in the execution of Doctor Anywhere's growth strategy. This highly visible position requires exceptional drive and energy, strong financial and analytical skills, hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, project management skills and highly effective verbal and written communications skills.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO's Office, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and determine appropriate course of action.
- Coordinate data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations; perform independent research and prepare information for special projects as assigned.
- Participate in strategic initiatives by leading them and reporting results back to the CEO.
- Identify business priorities and required process improvements to bring efficiency and scale to the leadership team.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Masters degree in relevant discipline with mínimally 5 years of working experience in Project Management/Strategy, especially in e-commerce/platform-based tech start-up companies
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Mature self-starter who can quickly get up to speed and take a strategic view
- Ability to work on broad strategic projects as well as day-to-day process-oriented tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to engage comfortably with senior stakeholders
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
