Roles & Responsibilities

**Your new role**
You will be in charge of:

- Understanding stakeholder’s requirements and working with users to purchase goods/services
- Reviewing purchase requests prior to tender submissions
- Preparation of contracts and negotiation with vendors to increase cost savings for the company
- Reviewing internal processes to ensure purchasing policy compliance
- Track and ensure renewal of term contracts by end users
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost saving opportunities
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, ideally in Hospitality or Facilities Management
- Familiar with end-to-end procurement process
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
